Riverwalk Recovery Center’s substance abuse program is evidence-based. We use therapies and modalities proven effective by scientific research. Our Intensive Outpatient (IOP) program for substance abuse moves the PHP patient one step closer to returning to everyday life. Patients attend treatment 3-5 days a week. They have the option to stay in one of our affiliated sober residences, or live locally at home. IOP treatment provides the patient an opportunity to put newfound principles of recovery into practice in their everyday lives, while retaining the structure and support of our program.
